Hey there! So you’re ready to get started with us? Awesome! We have two office locations in Latham (ABC Sports and Fitness) and Menands (Thrive Fitness & Wellness). We are exclusively in network providers for CDPHP (Sorry, we do not accept any CDPHP Medicaid Plans). Your patient responsibility (deductible, co-insurance, co-payment) is due at the time of service. For non-CDPHP members with out of network chiropractic coverage, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company and they may reimburse you directly. Full payment will be due at the time of service. If you opt to not use your insurance benefits or do not have coverage, we offer self-pay options. Generally, patients can expect to pay around $120 for the initial visit (one hour) or $60 for a follow up appointment (half hour).
